Before you reserve

How do reservations work?+

Bookings open at midnight on the first of each month for the following month. The first slots usually fill in under an hour; sign up to the cancellation list for late releases.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?+

Yes, with at least 72 hours' notice. Vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and most allergies handled in full. Vegan + strict religious diets on request.

Is there a dress code?+

No formal code. Most guests arrive in smart-casual; the room reads as warm rather than stuffy. Jackets are fine, jackets aren't required.

Do you offer private dining or buy-outs?+

Yes. Buy-outs for 12–24 guests with bespoke menus, with a full-restaurant minimum spend. Email Henri directly for availability.

Questions we get

When do collections drop?: March and September, announced by email a fortnight ahead. Subscribers shop 48 hours before the site opens.
Will sold-out pieces return?: Only by demand — when enough people ask, a piece re-enters the next season's run. The shirt dress is coming back for exactly this reason.
How do returns work?: Thirty days, free, no interrogation. Made-to-measure is final sale but covered by lifetime repairs and one free alteration.
Why natural fibres only?: They wear in instead of wearing out, they mend properly, and they compost at end of life. Synthetics do none of the three.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes — North America, Europe, UK, Australia, carbon-neutral. Duties are shown at checkout, not at your door.

Common questions

How fast is "emergency"?+

Within one hour across the metro area, any hour of any day. Most call-outs are resolved on that first visit.

Do you charge more at night or on weekends?+

No. The emergency rate is the same at 3am on a Sunday as it is at 3pm on a Tuesday — there is no after-hours loading.

Are quotes really free?+

Yes. Both the phone estimate and the written at-the-door quote are free, and you only pay if you decide to proceed.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Master Plumber licensed and public liability insured. Ask for the licence number and the certificate of currency — you will get both before anyone starts work, and a plumber who will not send them is telling you something.
