New students: first class free

Practice. Pause. Repeat.

Slow-flow, restorative, and yin in a small Brooklyn studio. Fourteen mats per class, never more — your teacher knows your name by week two.

Four classes, taught slowly.

Twenty-six classes a week across four formats. All levels, always — modifications offered, never demanded.

01

Slow flow

Mindful vinyasa, longer holds, attention to breath. 60 minutes, all levels.

02

Restorative

Long passive holds with every prop we own. The opposite of a workout. 75 minutes.

03

Yin

Deep fascia work, three-to-five-minute holds. Quiet, and intense in its own way. 60 minutes.

04

Beginners

A no-experience-needed weekly class, Sunday 10am. Foundational poses and breath, zero mystique.

Seated meditation as the sun goes down

Slow yoga for actual humans.

We opened in 2017 tired of yoga that felt like a performance. This studio is the opposite bet: small classes, teachers who learn your name and your knees, and a pace that assumes you had a long day. No handstand culture, no leaderboard — just practice.

  • Fourteen mats per class — teachers see everyone
  • Six teachers, all 500-hour certified
  • Sliding-scale spots held in every single class

Students say

The beginners class actually welcomes beginners. I came in nervous and left calmer than I've been in months — and nobody tried to sell me a lifestyle.

04The practical part

Before your first class

Total beginner — which class?+

Sunday 10am Beginners, or any Slow Flow — tell the teacher it's your first time and they'll keep an eye without making it a thing.

What do I bring?+

Yourself, water, clothes you can move in. Mats and every prop are ours and included.

When should I arrive?+

Ten minutes early the first time — enough to sign in, pick a spot, and lie down before anyone asks anything of you.

What's the cancellation policy?+

Cancel up to two hours before class, no charge. Unlimited members can no-show twice a month before we gently mention it.

Practice in the open air at dusk

Your first class is on us.

Come to any class on the schedule. Worst case, you get an hour of quiet.
