Dates are held for fourteen days while you read the proposal. Retainer is a third, the balance falls due a month before, and we have never once added a line that was not agreed in writing first.

Twelve years in, two hundred weddings in, and the approach has not changed: a deeply personal day, calmly delivered. I take one couple at a time through the final month, so when it matters most you have all of my attention — and I have all of your timeline memorised.

Common questions from couples

When should we book a planner?+

Full-service: 12–18 months out. Month-of: at least six weeks. Elopements: 8–12 weeks. Inside those windows, ask anyway — late availability happens.

Do you only work locally?+

Most weddings are tri-state or Hudson Valley, but we travel for the right day. Recent trips: Vermont, Charleston, the Amalfi coast.

How is pricing structured?+

Full-service is a flat percentage set — and capped — up front. Month-of and elopements are fixed fees. No vendor kickbacks; every recommendation is on merit.

What if we already booked vendors?+

Totally fine. We design and coordinate around any existing bookings — good vendors make our job easier, and we'll tell you honestly if one worries us.
