How we work together

Full-service planning

Start to finish — venue, design, vendors, day-of management. From engagement through honeymoon. Most clients begin 12–18 months out.

Design + styling

Concept, palette, florals, paper, place-settings, the visual through-line. We design; you have the venue + planner already.

Month-of management

You plan; we land the plane. Final 6 weeks of timeline, vendor confirms, day-of execution. Most couples wish they'd had this from the start.

Elopements + micro-weddings

For 2–30 guest weddings. Different price, same attention. A growing favourite.

Common questions from couples

When should we book a planner?+

Full-service: 12–18 months out. Month-of: at least 6 weeks. Elopements: 8–12 weeks. If you're inside those windows, ask anyway — we sometimes have late availability.

Do you only work locally?+

No — most weddings are in the tri-state or Hudson Valley, but we travel for the right project. Recent destinations: Italy, Mexico, Vermont, Charleston.

How is your pricing structured?+

Full-service is a flat fee (10–14% of total wedding spend, set up front). Month-of is fixed. We don't take vendor kickbacks — every recommendation is on merit.

What if we already booked vendors?+

Totally fine. We design + coordinate around any existing bookings. For Design + Styling we expect you to have planner + venue locked in already.
