Do you take emergencies?

Yes during open hours. After hours we refer to the 24/7 emergency hospital on Westside; we coordinate care the next morning.

What about pet insurance?

We work with all major pet insurers — Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, etc. We provide itemised invoices for claims.

How do I get my pet records transferred?

We handle it. Tell us your previous clinic at intake and we'll request records on your behalf.

My pet is nervous — what helps?

Tell us at booking — we schedule extra time, use calming pheromones in the room, and can prescribe pre-visit anxiolytics for severe cases.
