A campaign for District 4

A council that listens. Finally.

Affordable housing. Safer streets. Schools that work. Endorsed by neighbours, not lobbyists.

The platform

01

Affordable housing

New zoning to actually build, rent stabilisation that lasts, real consequences for slumlords.

02

Safer streets

Slower speeds, protected bike lanes, traffic-calmed school zones, community safety not just policing.

03

Schools

Fully-funded after-school + summer programmes, more counsellors, smaller class sizes.

04

Climate

Heat-island mitigation in low-income blocks. Solar on every public building by 2028.

05

Small business

Cut commercial-rent doom-loop. Faster permit + licensing turnaround. Protect immigrant-owned businesses.

06

Accountability

Quarterly public office hours. Public lobbying registry. Open expense logs.

Candidate portrait

I've lived in this district for 22 years.

Public-school teacher for fourteen years before this run. Coached the rec-league soccer team. Served on the community board for the last six years. I'm running because the council we have isn't working for the neighbours I know.

  • Public school teacher · 14 years
  • Community Board 4 member · 2018–present
  • Endorsed by Working Families Party, NYC Educators United
  • Born + raised + still raising kids in the district

Common questions

How do we start?

Send a brief. We reply with a yes, a no, or a question. No discovery calls.

How much does it cost?

Project-based. Fixed price after we read the brief. No hourly billing.

What's your turnaround?

Most projects ship in 2-6 weeks. Rush jobs cost 1.5x and ship in days.

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. We just charge enough to make them worth our time.
