Why us

Leave your day where it was

Three things that decide whether a plumbing call-out ruins your week or barely interrupts it.

We answer at 3am

A real plumber on the phone, not an answering service taking a message for Monday. Emergency lines are staffed every hour of the year.

The quote is the price

Written and agreed before work starts. If we find something worse behind the wall, we stop and re-quote — you are never billed a surprise.

Clean when we leave

Drop sheets down, boots off, mess taken with us. You should not be able to tell where we worked except that it works.

On the tools at a residential job

A plumbing crew that turns up when it said it would

Family-run since 1994, from one van to a metro-wide crew. The promise never changed: quote it straight, fix it once, leave it clean.

  • Master Plumber licensed — every technician certified, not just the owner, and the licence number is on every quote.
  • Public liability insured — ask for the certificate of currency and you will get it before work starts.
  • Background-checked, uniformed crew — you know who is at the door before they knock.

What we fix

From a dripping tap to a full re-pipe.

01

Emergency leaks & bursts

Water off, contained, repaired. Most calls resolved on the first visit, any hour.

02

Blocked drains

Mechanical eel and hydro-jet, with CCTV on repeat blockages so you fix the cause.

03

Hot water systems

Gas, electric and heat pump — repair or replace, same-day on stocked units.

04

Bathroom & kitchen

Renovation rough-ins, fixture swaps, appliance lines, leak detection behind walls.

05

Gas fitting

Licensed gas work — cooktops, heaters, BBQ points, compliance certificates included.

06

Taps & toilets

Drips, running cisterns, replacements. Small jobs welcome, same fixed-price promise.

Quote before spanner

How a call-out works

  1. Call and describe it

Free phone diagnosis and a realistic price range while you are still on the line.

  2. Fixed quote at the door

Written price after inspection. The number you approve is the number you pay.

  3. Fixed, cleaned, guaranteed

12-month workmanship guarantee. Pay on completion, not up front.

Two ways in

Which one are you right now?

It is happening now

Burst pipe, no hot water, sewage backing up or a gas smell. Do not fill in a form — the line is answered by a plumber every hour of the year, and a van is dispatched while you are still on it.

It can wait until Tuesday

A renovation rough-in, a hot water system on its last legs, a landlord's list of six small jobs. Send the details and you get a written fixed price, usually within the hour.

Burst pipe at 11pm. Here by midnight, fixed by 1am, charged exactly what they quoted on the phone.

Got three quotes for a hot water swap. Theirs was middle-priced and the only one that explained why.

A two-hour camera inspection saved us $4K of unnecessary trenching. Honest people.

What people tell us on the phone

Last plumber charged me $90 just to turn up and look.
There is no call-out fee inside the metro area when you go ahead with the quoted work. The phone estimate is free, the written quote at the door is free, and you are under no obligation once you have it — plenty of people take our number and use someone else.
No call-out fee, no obligation
I only want the tap fixed. I do not want a whole new bathroom.
Then that is what gets quoted. If the technician spots something worth knowing about, you get told and it goes in the report — not on the invoice. Nothing beyond the approved quote is ever done without a second approval.
Approved quote = the invoice
Calling at midnight is going to cost me triple.
No. The emergency rate is the same at 3am on a Sunday as it is at 3pm on a Tuesday — there is no after-hours, weekend or public-holiday loading anywhere in our pricing. It is on the rate card, in writing, and it does not move.
Same rate, any hour
How do I know who is turning up at my door?
You get a name before the van leaves. Every technician is background-checked, uniformed, and carries the licence — ask to see it, and ask for the certificate of currency too. A plumber who will not show you either is telling you something useful.
Named, checked, uniformed

Something else stopping you calling? Say it — the phone is free and it is answered by someone who does the work.

The guarantee

If something we repaired fails within twelve months, we come back and put it right at no charge — no argument about whether it was our joint.

  • The approved quote is the invoice
  • No after-hours or weekend loading, ever
  • Pay on completion, not up front

Covers our workmanship. It does not cover a different failure elsewhere in the system, or damage from something we advised you to replace and were asked not to — and we will show you which one it is.

Straight answers

Common questions

How fast is "emergency"?+

Within one hour across the metro area, any hour of any day. Most call-outs are resolved on that first visit.

Do you charge more at night or on weekends?+

No. The emergency rate is the same at 3am on a Sunday as it is at 3pm on a Tuesday — there is no after-hours loading.

Are quotes really free?+

Yes. Both the phone estimate and the written at-the-door quote are free, and you only pay if you decide to proceed.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Master Plumber licensed and public liability insured. Ask for the licence number and the certificate of currency — you will get both before anyone starts work, and a plumber who will not send them is telling you something.

Coverage

Where the vans go

One-hour emergency response across the inner metro, same-day out to thirty miles. Outside it we will say so on the call rather than send a van and an invoice.

The residential refit, finished

Water where it shouldn't be?

Call now — emergency response is the default, not an upgrade.
