Ants + roaches
Species ID, targeted bait placement, exterior perimeter barrier. Most colonies gone within two visits.
Pet-safe · Family-safe · Guaranteed
EPA-registered treatments chosen for homes with kids and animals. Free inspection first, quarterly plans from $39/month, free re-treatments between visits.
Identify first, treat second — the species determines the science.
Not everything needs a quarterly plan, and we would rather say so. These are the one-off prices, including the inspections people usually ring around for.
Indicative only — size, access and severity change the number, and the free inspection is what settles it. Honey bees are never sprayed; we relocate hives with local beekeepers.
A licensed tech walks the property, identifies the species and the entry points, and writes up exactly what they found.
Targeted treatment plan with fixed pricing — what we'll use, where, and why it's safe for your household.
First treatment plus exclusion work the same visit. Kids and pets can be back on the lawn the same day.
Seasonal visits keep the barrier up. Anything reappears between visits, we come back free — that's the guarantee.
Four scheduled visits a year, free re-treatments between them, cancel any time.
The guarantee
If what we treated comes back between scheduled visits, we come back and treat it again at no charge — no arguing about whether it counts.
Covers the pests named on your treatment plan. A new species, or a new infestation from a neighbouring property, is a new job — we will tell you which one it is and show you why.
We use EPA-registered products at residential label rates, applied to targeted zones. We'll tell you the re-entry time for every product — usually "once it's dry."
No. Plans are month-to-month after the first quarter. Most people stay because the barrier works, not because a contract makes them.
We come back free. Re-treatments between scheduled visits are part of every plan — no arguing, no fine print.
Yes — wasp nests, one-off ant invasions, and pre-sale termite inspections are all available without a plan, at the published prices above. Plenty of homes never need more than that, and we would rather sell you one visit than a subscription you do not need.
We tell you the product name before it is applied, and you can read the label — we carry them. Most residential work uses low-toxicity actives at label rates in targeted zones, not a blanket fog, because a fog treats the air and the pests live in the cracks.
For most exterior and targeted interior work, once it is dry — typically an hour or two. For anything with a longer re-entry interval we say so before we start and book it for a day that suits, not the day we happen to be in the street.
Usually not, and we will not pretend otherwise to sell a plan. One roach in a clean kitchen in summer is often a wanderer. Three in a week, or one in daylight, means a population — that is the point at which the free inspection is worth booking.
Exclusion, yes — finding the entry, waiting until the animal is out, sealing behind it and repairing the damage. We do not do lethal wildlife control, and anything protected goes to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator instead.
Quarterly plans and one-off treatments across the metro. Termite inspections travel further — the pressure is regional, and so is the schedule.

A free inspection tells you exactly what you're dealing with — and what it costs to fix.
Wasp nests near a doorway and anything stinging around children get fitted in the same day wherever we can, including outside these hours. Everything else is booked into the next available round.
Tell us what you're seeing (photos help) — we'll book an inspection and quote a fixed price on the spot.
