What we handle

Identify first, treat second — the species determines the science.

01

Ants + roaches

Species ID, targeted bait placement, exterior perimeter barrier. Most colonies gone within two visits.

02

Rodents

Exclusion first — we seal the entry points, then monitor. Humane trapping on request, always sealed bait boxes.

03

Wasps + bees

Same-day wasp nest removal. Honey bees are never sprayed — we relocate hives with local beekeepers.

04

Termites

Full inspections, liquid or bait-system treatment, and annual monitoring. Termite bond available for real-estate closings.

05

Mosquitoes

Breeding-site survey first — standing water is the cause, fogging is only the symptom. Barrier treatments through the warm months.

06

Bed bugs

Heat treatment or targeted chemical, with follow-up inspections at two and six weeks. Discreet vehicles, no branding on the van.

One-off prices

Treatments without a plan

Not everything needs a quarterly plan, and we would rather say so. These are the one-off prices, including the inspections people usually ring around for.

03Inspection before spray

How treatment works

  1. Free inspection

A licensed tech walks the property, identifies the species and the entry points, and writes up exactly what they found.

  2. A plan, in writing

Targeted treatment plan with fixed pricing — what we'll use, where, and why it's safe for your household.

  3. Treat + seal

First treatment plus exclusion work the same visit. Kids and pets can be back on the lawn the same day.

  4. Quarterly rhythm

Seasonal visits keep the barrier up. Anything reappears between visits, we come back free — that's the guarantee.

The guarantee

If what we treated comes back between scheduled visits, we come back and treat it again at no charge — no arguing about whether it counts.

  • Species identified before anything is applied
  • Products and re-entry times told to you up front
  • Month-to-month after the first quarter
  • Honey bees relocated, never sprayed

Covers the pests named on your treatment plan. A new species, or a new infestation from a neighbouring property, is a new job — we will tell you which one it is and show you why.

04The honest answers

Common questions

Is it actually safe for pets and kids?+

We use EPA-registered products at residential label rates, applied to targeted zones. We'll tell you the re-entry time for every product — usually "once it's dry."

Do I have to sign a contract?+

No. Plans are month-to-month after the first quarter. Most people stay because the barrier works, not because a contract makes them.

What if pests come back between visits?+

We come back free. Re-treatments between scheduled visits are part of every plan — no arguing, no fine print.

Can you do a one-time treatment?+

Yes — wasp nests, one-off ant invasions, and pre-sale termite inspections are all available without a plan, at the published prices above. Plenty of homes never need more than that, and we would rather sell you one visit than a subscription you do not need.

What exactly are you spraying?+

We tell you the product name before it is applied, and you can read the label — we carry them. Most residential work uses low-toxicity actives at label rates in targeted zones, not a blanket fog, because a fog treats the air and the pests live in the cracks.

When can the kids and pets go back in?+

For most exterior and targeted interior work, once it is dry — typically an hour or two. For anything with a longer re-entry interval we say so before we start and book it for a day that suits, not the day we happen to be in the street.

I saw one roach. Is that an infestation?+

Usually not, and we will not pretend otherwise to sell a plan. One roach in a clean kitchen in summer is often a wanderer. Three in a week, or one in daylight, means a population — that is the point at which the free inspection is worth booking.

Do you handle wildlife in the roof?+

Exclusion, yes — finding the entry, waiting until the animal is out, sealing behind it and repairing the damage. We do not do lethal wildlife control, and anything protected goes to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator instead.
