The clinical side

Retinal imaging is included in every comprehensive exam — not an upsell at the front desk.

01

Adult eye exams

02

Paediatric care

Children's exams from age 4, with myopia-management programmes for kids whose prescriptions keep climbing.

03

Contact lenses

Fittings and ongoing care — daily, monthly, multifocal, and scleral lenses for the hard-to-fit.

04

Dry eye + medical

Dry-eye treatment plans, glaucoma screening, diabetic retinal exams, and urgent red-eye visits.

Half clinic, half frame shop. Deliberately.

Most people dread choosing frames because nobody honest is in the room. Our opticians are salaried, not commissioned — if a frame doesn't suit you, they'll say so and hand you three that do.

  • Salaried opticians — honest advice, no commission
  • Lenses edged in-house; most glasses ready in 3–5 days
  • Two-year workmanship warranty on every frame

The people

Who examines, who dispenses

Two optometrists and an optician. All salaried — nobody here earns more by selling you a costlier frame.

A visit, start to finish

  1. The exam

Thirty unhurried minutes with the optometrist — vision, eye health, and the questions you forgot to ask last time.

  2. Imaging, explained

OCT and retinal photos reviewed with you on the screen, in plain language. You'll see what we see.

  3. The fitting

An optician measures, adjusts, and tells you the truth about what suits your face. Collection in 3–5 days.

Fees

Exams, lenses, and what they cost

Printed, because the lens price is where optical shops usually go quiet. Insured? We bill your plan and tell you the balance before we order.

Patients say

The honest frame wall.

5 out of 5 stars
Best frame-fitting experience I've ever had — they talked me out of the expensive pair because it didn't suit me. They also caught early glaucoma signs my previous optometrist missed.

Common questions

Do you take my vision plan?+

Most major vision plans, yes. Call with your member ID and we'll verify coverage before you book.

Can I use my own prescription for frames?+

Absolutely — bring any valid prescription and we'll fit lenses to any frame on the wall.

How long does an exam take?+

About 30 minutes for the exam itself; allow an hour if you're choosing frames after.

My child hates eye tests. Help?+

Our paediatric exams are built around play, not pressure — most kids leave asking when they can come back.

Do you repair glasses you didn't sell?+

Yes — adjustments are free for anyone, and most repairs are same-day for a small bench fee.

What if my prescription changes right after new lenses?+

Within 90 days of your exam, we remake the lenses at no charge. It happens; it shouldn't cost you.
