A provider walking a patient through their results

A clinic that runs on time.

We built the schedule around a radical idea: the appointment length should match the appointment. Twenty minutes minimum, forty for new patients, and a provider who read your chart before walking in.

  • 20-minute minimum appointments — 40 for new patients
  • Your own provider, visit after visit
  • Transparent self-pay rates published for everything
Providers

Who you'll see

Your own provider, visit after visit — panels are capped so they can actually know you.

03Three steps, one week

Becoming a patient

  1. Book online or call

Pick a provider and a time that works. New-patient physicals are scheduled within 7–10 business days.

  2. Intake before you arrive

History, medications, and insurance handled through the portal from your couch — not on a clipboard in the waiting room.

  3. A 40-minute first visit

Long enough to actually talk. You leave with a plan, your portal login, and a provider who knows your name.

I called at 9am with a sick kid, was seen at 11, and the visit started on time. Our whole family moved here after that morning.
