One job, done properly

The all-in-one suites do fifty things at 60%. This does one at 100%.

Featured

Solves one specific problem

No feature creep. This one thing, done better than the all-in-one tools.

Made by one person

You email me, I reply. The roadmap is public. No "the team will look into it."

Fair pricing

$19/month flat. Solo or small team, same price. No "contact sales" tier.

Your data, your house

GDPR-clean by default, full export any time, self-host option on request.

API included

Everything the UI does, the API does. Token auth, honest rate limits, real docs.

Built in public

Revenue, churn, and the roadmap are public. The changelog is the marketing.

Build log

Shipped, most recent first

Written the day it went out, by the person who wrote it. Nothing here is a plan — see the roadmap for those.

  1. CSV import, finally

    New

Asked for it in the roadmap, shipped ten days later. Handles the three messy exports people actually have.

  2. Bulk actions no longer time out at 5,000 rows

    Improved

Moved the job off the request. It now streams progress instead of pretending nothing is happening.

  3. Daylight-saving edge case in scheduled runs

    Fixed

One customer in Adelaide found this. One customer is enough.

  4. API tokens can now be scoped per project

    New

Read-only tokens included. Docs updated the same afternoon.

  5. Session cookies hardened + rotation on password change

    Security

No incident behind this one — just overdue.

Roadmap

What is next, honestly

One person, so this is a queue rather than a plan. Anything in Later has no date and might never happen — that is the deal.

Now

This month

  • Saved filters

The most-asked thing in the inbox.

  • Faster first load on big accounts

Next

Probably the quarter

  • Webhooks

    Retries and a replay window.

  • Two-factor auth via authenticator apps

  • A proper mobile layout

Later

No promises

  • Team seats

Only if it can stay one flat price.

  • Self-serve self-hosting

  • Native app

    Honestly, unlikely.

Emailed a bug at 9pm; fixed by 9am with a personal reply explaining the cause. Try getting that from a suite.

It does exactly one thing my $80/month tool did badly, for $19. Switched the same afternoon.

The public roadmap sold me. I asked for CSV import; watched it ship ten days later.

Fair questions

What happens if you get hit by a bus?+

The honest answer every indie tool owes you: data export is one click and always available, and there's a documented wind-down promise — 6 months notice and open-sourcing the core.

Why is there only one paid tier?+

Because pricing games are a full-time job and I already have one. $19 flat keeps the spreadsheet — and the incentives — simple.

Can I self-host?+

On request, yes — a Docker image with a licence key. A few teams behind strict firewalls run it that way.

Is support really just you?+

Yes. That's a feature: the person answering wrote the code. Median reply is a few hours, worst case under 24.

Do you offer discounts?+

Students, nonprofits, and anyone for whom $19 is real money: email me and we'll sort something. I'd rather you use it.

14 days free, every feature, no card. The changelog shows you exactly what you're buying into.
