AC repair
Diagnostics + same-visit fix on most common failures. Parts stocked for major brands.
Same-day diagnostic visits. Honest quotes — no upsells. Maintenance plans from $14/month so your system never surprises you.

Every visit ends with a written condition report — what we did, what's ageing, what can wait.
Indicative ranges for the work we quote every week, so you can sanity-check any quote — including ours. Your written quote follows the diagnostic and is the one that counts.
Indicative only — not a quote. Sizing, access, refrigerant type and the condition of existing ductwork all move these numbers, which is why we measure before we price.
Repairs are paid on completion. For the installs — where the number has four or five digits and the old unit chose the timing — there are two other shapes.
On the day · No finance
Repairs, tune-ups and small work. Nothing up front; you pay once the system has been load-tested in front of you.
The $89 diagnostic is credited against the repair when you proceed.
Terms vary by lender · Set by your lender
Installs, spread over a fixed term through a third-party lender. A properly-sized new system often costs less to run than the one it replaced.
Subject to status. We introduce you; we are not the lender and we are not paid to steer you.
Applied to the quote · Not credit
Not credit at all — money off the number. Rebates change constantly, so we check what is live the week we quote and handle the paperwork.
Eligibility is set by the scheme, not by us. We tell you what we find either way.
We publish no monthly figure, because nobody can honestly know yours until the lender has run its checks. What you should see in writing before agreeing to anything: the amount borrowed, the term, the monthly payment and the total repayable.
Finance is provided by a third-party lender, not by us, and is subject to status and affordability checks. We are not a lender and we do not give credit advice. All figures shown are examples — your lender confirms the rate, the term and the total you repay before you agree to anything.
Something else stopping you booking? Say it on the phone — the money questions are the ones worth asking.
Leave a number and a dispatcher calls back with a real window — not "sometime Thursday".
Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm. No-heat and no-cool emergencies are on-call around the clock.
Or call us now — Or call now
A licensed tech runs the full fault tree — not just the obvious part swap.
Repair vs replace, with real numbers for each. The $89 diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed.
Work done, system load-tested, and a condition report left with you. 1-year workmanship guarantee.
A two-visit-a-year plan saves more than its price in averted repairs — and plan members skip the queue in heat waves.
Four documents. Any legitimate contractor produces them in a minute, and refrigerant handling in particular is not optional.
Ask for the number and check it with the issuing authority yourself — it takes about a minute online.
Legally required to buy or handle refrigerant almost everywhere. Ask which certification and who holds it.
Ask for the certificate of currency rather than a policy number, and check the dates on it.
Matters because an untrained install can void the equipment warranty you are paying for.
Replace each of these with a credential you actually hold, and add the issuing body and registration number so a visitor can check it.
Our promise
We will always show you the repair option alongside the replacement, with both numbers, even when the replacement is the bigger sale.
Workmanship warranty length is set out on your quote. Manufacturer cover on parts depends on the unit and on registering the install — we register it on the day and give you the paperwork.
One is ours and one is the manufacturer's. Knowing which is which is the difference between a free repair in year four and an argument.
Ours in writing, theirs registered
| What we did | What is covered | Where the term is set |
|---|---|---|
| Our workmanship | Everything we installed or repaired, against installation defect — brazing, wiring, mounting, charge, commissioning. | Your quote |
| Equipment we supplied | Compressor, coil and board failure that is the unit's own fault. Registered in your name on the day we install it. | Manufacturer's own |
| Parts we fitted on a repair | Capacitors, contactors, motors and boards, against the part failing rather than the system around it. | Part manufacturer's |
| Duct sealing + balancing | The seals and joins we made, and the balance we set, against them coming apart. | Your quote |
| Plan-member tune-ups | Anything we adjusted at a scheduled visit that has drifted back before the next one. | Until the next visit |
Call the office
Say it is a warranty call. You do not need the paperwork — we hold your job file.
We come and look
At no charge, and we tell you plainly whether it is ours, the manufacturer's or neither.
We handle theirs too
If it is a manufacturer claim we file it, because we registered the unit and we have the serial.
Manufacturer cover varies by unit and lapses on unregistered installs — we register on the day and hand you the paperwork. Set your own workmanship term before publishing this page, and put it on the quote where it binds.
Same day for most issues. No-heat-in-winter and no-AC-in-summer emergencies get a 4-hour response; plan members go first.
On installs, yes — through a third-party lender, subject to status. We do not publish a rate or a monthly figure here because the lender sets both after its own checks. Ask when the quote lands and the options come with it, alongside any rebate we can find.
The 50% rule, out loud: if the repair costs more than half of a properly-sized new unit on a system past twelve years, we show you both numbers and let you choose. On a five-year-old system we will almost always tell you to repair it, even though the install is the bigger sale.
A workmanship warranty from us, with the length written on your quote, and the manufacturer parts warranty on any equipment we install — we register it in your name on the day and hand you the paperwork, because unregistered installs quietly lose most of that cover.
For a system past about six years, usually yes — two visits a year catch the corroded contactor and the blocked condensate line before either becomes an emergency call-out, and members skip the queue during a heat wave. For a two-year-old system under warranty, one visit a year is honestly enough.
Nearly always duct balance rather than a failing unit — heat rises, returns are undersized, and dampers were never set. A leakage test and a re-balance fixes it far more often than a bigger condenser does, and costs a fraction as much.
Fifteen to twenty years for a furnace, twelve to eighteen for AC, if it was sized right and serviced. Systems that die at eight were usually oversized at install — which is why we run a load calculation rather than matching whatever was there before.
The emergency diagnostic carries a higher fee than the standard one, and that fee is the same at any hour on any day. There is no separate night, weekend or holiday loading on top.
Same-day diagnostics across the metro, four-hour emergency windows in the inner ring. During a heat wave, plan members are dispatched first.

Book the spring tune-up now — plan members skip the summer queue.
On-call techs cover no-heat and no-cool emergencies around the clock, all year. In heat waves and cold snaps we extend Sunday dispatch — call and you get the real wait, not a comforting one.
Describe the symptom and your system age — we'll confirm a same-day or next-day window.
