A hotel sized for slow.
We took over the house in 2019 and resisted every suggestion to add rooms, a conference space, or a DJ. Sixteen keys, a garden, an honest breakfast, and staff with time to talk. The bones are old, the comfort is current, and the pace is the point.

Always — cooked to order, 7:30 to 10:30, in the garden when the weather allows. Dietary needs handled with a day's notice.
Can we bring the dog?+
Garden rooms take dogs by prior arrangement ($30/stay). The garden is theirs too; the breakfast room is not.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival on rooms; suites ask for 7 days. We're small — no-shows hurt.
Do you host weddings or events?+
No — deliberately. The whole house can be taken over for quiet group stays of up to 20, but there's no events programme.
How do we get there?+
Twenty minutes from the airport; we'll arrange the taxi if you send your flight number. Parking on the street is free overnight.
