Every session on the schedule is coached by a credentialed S+C or movement specialist — not a member who paid for a weekend cert. We hire slowly, keep our coach-to-athlete ratio low, and run a quarterly internal review so every member can give feedback that actually changes how we coach.
No. Every new member does a 60-min onboarding before joining group classes — we cover the lifts, set you up with the right weights, and make sure you're not the only nervous person in the room.
You're paying for coaching + programming, not just floor space. Sessions are written by our head coach in 6-week cycles, run live by a credentialed coach, and you get measurable progression instead of guessing.
Yes, any time. Memberships are month-to-month with no contract. Pause for travel / injury — we'll hold your spot.
Cancel up to 4 hours before with no charge. Late cancels eat one of your monthly credits (the all-access plan includes unlimited credits, so this only applies to drop-ins).
