Order at the window
One queue, one window. Cash, card or QR — tap is fastest and the line notices.
Open today · 11am–9pm · Williamsburg
Three blocks from the L train. Daily location on Instagram and this page. Catering for 50–300.
Four things, done daily. Sold out means sold out — and on a Friday that happens by eight.
One queue, one window. Cash, card or QR — tap is fastest and the line notices.
Tortillas pressed when you order them. That is the four-minute wait, and it is the whole point.
House gochujang is a warm medium. "Hot" means it; "mild" is genuinely fine for kids.
We prep for the pitch, not for the week. Come before seven if you want the bulgogi.
Same five pitches most weeks. Weather, permits and street fairs move us — the morning email and the Instagram pin are always right.
Three blocks from the L. Busiest 12:30–13:30 — the 2pm lull is the local secret.
N 6th St & Bedford Ave Brooklyn, NY 11249
Office lunch pitch. Pre-order for six or more and skip the queue entirely.
47th St & 6th Ave New York, NY 10036
The one that sells out. Bulgogi usually goes by 20:00 — come early or come for the tofu.
Vernon Blvd & 46th Ave Queens, NY 11101
Weekend menu only here — the bulgogi smash burger does not travel to the weekday pitches.
90 Kent Ave, Marsha P. Johnson State Park Brooklyn, NY 11249
Slowest pitch, best conversation. Dogs get a plain chicken scrap, on the house.

One grandmother's gochujang, the other's tortilla technique. We started in a rented cart in 2019, bought the truck in 2021, and still make the kimchi in-house every Sunday. The menu is short because the line moves and the food is fresh — that's the whole operating model.
“I have rearranged actual work meetings around where this truck is parked. The bulgogi taco is the best $4 in New York.”
The weekly pitch rota is on this page, and the pin drops on Instagram every morning at 9am. If the weather is doing something dramatic, the pin is the one to trust.
Yes — 50 to 300 people, weddings to office parties, anywhere in the tri-state. The truck comes to you; we serve off the window or drop trays.
The tofu is marinated in the same gochujang as the meats and it is not an afterthought. Kimchi fries and dumplings can be made veg too.
House gochujang is a warm medium. Ask for "hot" and we mean it; ask for mild and the kids will be fine.
Both, plus QR pay. The line moves faster with tap.
Any weekday we are not on the rota. Minimum spend is $1,200 in the five boroughs, a little more further out — the form below starts it.

Weddings, office parties, festivals — the truck rolls anywhere in the tri-state for 50–300 people.
