What coaching includes

01

Custom programming

Built around your equipment, schedule, injury history, life. Reassessed every 4 weeks.

02

Nutrition coaching

Macro guidance + meal-pattern coaching. Not a meal plan; a way of thinking you keep.

03

Weekly form review

Film your lifts in the app; get frame-by-frame feedback before the next session.

04

Monthly call + messaging

A 45-minute video check-in each month, plus message access for the small stuff between.

05

Recovery + sleep

Load managed against how you actually slept and what your week is doing to you. Deload weeks are planned, not a reward for breaking.

06

Injury coordination

If you have a physio, I program to their restrictions and email them the block. If you do not, I will tell you when you need one.

Client working through the conditioning block

Coaching for bodies with a history.

I coach people who have jobs, kids, old injuries, and no interest in a bro split. The work is simple, progressive strength done consistently — programmed around your actual week, not an ideal one.

  • Certified strength + conditioning coach, 9 years coaching online
  • Roster capped at 20 — you are not a spreadsheet row
  • Trains around injuries, not through them
03How it startsApplication, not checkout

The first four weeks.

  1. Apply + intro call

A short form, then a free 20-minute call. If the fit isn't right I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

  2. Assessment week

Movement screen by video, training history, equipment audit. Your first block is built from this, not a template.

  3. Train + review

Daily workouts in the app, weekly form review, adjustments every week based on what actually happened.

  4. Reassess at week 4

Progress check against the baseline. The block evolves; the habit is the product.

Coaching plans

Same coaching on every plan

The commitment window is the only variable. Nothing is gated behind the higher tier — that would be a strange way to coach someone.

The first thing that stuck.

5 out of 5 stars
Lost 28 lbs and got my back pain under control in 6 months. First fitness thing I've ever stuck with — because it was built around my life, not someone else's.

04Honest answers

Before you apply

Do I need a gym?+

No — programmes are built around what you have. A barbell setup is great; a pair of dumbbells and a band is workable.

Why a 12-week minimum?+

Because that's the honest window for visible change. Shorter engagements sell hope, not results.

What if I have an injury?+

Most clients do. I program around cleared restrictions and coordinate with your physio when there is one.

How is this different from an app plan?+

A human watches your lifts every week and rewrites the plan when life happens. The app is the delivery method, not the coach.

When can I start?+

The roster is capped at 20. When it's full, applications join a waitlist — usually 2–4 weeks.

How much time a week does this take?+

Three sessions of 45–60 minutes is the standard week. Two works if that is genuinely all you have — I would rather build a plan you complete than one you admire.

Will you tell me what to eat?+

No meal plans. You get targets, a shopping approach, and coaching on the two or three habits that actually move your numbers. Meal plans work until the first restaurant.

What if I need to pause?+

Say so. Quarterly and annual clients get a free pause each year; anyone can pause for a medical reason at any time without argument.

Do you take clients under 35?+

Sometimes — but the programming, the recovery assumptions and the whole register here are built for people whose bodies have a history. Under 30, you can probably do better elsewhere and I will say so.

Can I cancel?+

At the end of any commitment window, in one message, no exit call. You keep every programme, spreadsheet and video note I ever sent you.
