Licensed Master Electrician
From a flickering light to a full panel upgrade — licensed electricians, written quotes before any work starts, and a workmanship guarantee on every job.
Indicative prices for the work we quote every week. Yours is confirmed in writing after the site visit — these are here so you can sanity-check any quote, including ours.
Indicative only — not a quote. Prices assume safe, accessible existing wiring; anything we find behind the wall stops the job and gets re-quoted before it continues.
Something else you want to ask? Ask it — a licensed electrician answers the phone, not a call centre.
We look, we test, we listen. Free within the metro area.
Itemised, within 24 hours. The price you approve is the price you pay.
On time, to code, tested and tagged. Certificate of compliance included.
A dead circuit, a tripping safety switch, a burning smell at the board, or a job you have been putting off. Free site visit inside the metro, itemised quote within a day.
Scheduled compliance work, smoke-alarm programmes across a portfolio, shop and office fit-outs. Consolidated invoicing, photographed job reports and a named contact rather than whoever answers.
Four documents, and the licence is not optional in any jurisdiction we know of. A legitimate business produces all four in a minute.
Ask for the number and check it with the issuing authority yourself — a minute online.
Ask for the certificate of currency rather than a policy number, and check the dates.
Separate from the licence, and the one landlords and workplaces actually need evidence of.
Ask before an EV install: some manufacturer warranties and rebate schemes require it.
Replace each of these with a credential you actually hold, and add the issuing body and registration number so a visitor can check it.
Our promise
Every job leaves with a certificate of compliance and a written workmanship warranty — and if something we installed fails inside it, we come back and make it right.
Warranty length and what it covers are set out on your quote before you approve it. It covers our workmanship; manufacturer cover on the parts is registered in your name.
And, more usefully, where it stops. Electrical work meets wiring somebody else installed decades ago, and that boundary is where every argument happens.
On your quote, before you approve it
| What we did | What is covered | Where the term is set |
|---|---|---|
| Our workmanship | Every connection, termination and fixing we made, against our own installation defect. | Your quote |
| Fittings we supplied | Switches, sockets, fittings and boards we sourced, against the product failing. | Manufacturer's own |
| Switchboard work | Boards, breakers and safety switches we installed, plus the testing that signed them off. | Your quote |
| EV charger installs | Our circuit, mounting and commissioning. The charger itself carries its maker's cover. | Your quote |
| Certificate of compliance | Issued on completion for all notifiable work, and re-issued free if you lose it. | Permanent |
Call the office
You do not need the paperwork — we hold the job file and the certificate number.
We test it
At no charge, and we tell you plainly whether it is our work or the wiring around it.
We put it right
If it is ours, we fix it and re-test. If it is not, you get a quote before anything happens.
Warranty length differs by contractor — the column above says where each term is set, and yours belongs on the quote rather than on a web page. Set your own before you publish this.
Yes — licensed master electricians, public liability insured. Ask for the licence number and the certificate of currency and you will get both before anyone starts work; a contractor who will not send them is telling you something.
Yes — written, itemised quotes within 24 hours of a site visit. No obligation, and no charge for the visit if the job is quotable in one.
A burning smell, a sparking outlet or switch, scorch marks around a plate, a main breaker that will not stay in, or a total power loss when the neighbours still have theirs. Turn that circuit off at the board and call — 1-hour response in the metro, any hour.
No. The emergency call-out rate is the same at 3am on a Sunday as at 3pm on a Tuesday. There is no after-hours loading and no travel surcharge inside the service area.
Most major Level 2 brands. Every install starts with a load check on your existing service — the honest answer is sometimes "your board needs upgrading first", and we would rather say that before you buy the charger than after.
Often not. A full house on 100A with gas heat and cooking is usually fine; adding an EV charger, an induction range and a heat pump usually is not. We run the load calculation and show you the number rather than selling from the doorstep.
Yes, and we will tell you plainly what we find. Cloth-insulated, aluminium and un-earthed circuits all have safe paths forward, but they get inspected and quoted honestly instead of patched around.
For panel work, new circuits, EV installs and anything structural, yes — the permit, the utility coordination and the final inspection are handled as part of the quoted job.
One-hour emergency response inside the inner ring, same-day across the metro. Outside it we will say so on the call rather than send a van.

Free written quote within 24 hours. Workmanship guarantee on every job.
The emergency line is answered around the clock, every day of the year including public holidays. The hours above are for quotes, bookings and non-urgent work.
Describe the job — photos of the board or the fitting help a lot — and you get an itemised written quote within 24 hours. Sparking, burning or smoking right now? Turn that circuit off and call instead.
