Fixed-fee or capped scope, plainly worded. You sign once; we both refer back to it.
Two to four weeks of work. You get a written report and a working session to walk through it.

Most engagements are with companies between $5M and $500M in revenue. We turn down work where we cannot meaningfully move the needle.
Diagnostics: 4–6 weeks. Strategy work: 8–12 weeks. Long-term advisory: 6–12 months on a defined retainer.

For kickoffs, key working sessions, and final readouts — yes. Day-to-day work is remote; we will be on-site as often as the engagement warrants.
