Do I need to be home?+
No — most clients aren't. We coordinate keys / codes during onboarding, all securely.
Same cleaner every visit?+
Yes, recurring clients get the same cleaner. If they're away, we let you know in advance.
What if I'm not happy?+
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean any missed area free of charge.
Bonded + insured?+
Yes — fully insured, every cleaner background-checked, professionally trained, and bonded against breakage.
Do I need to tidy up first?+
No. Put away anything precious or private if you like, but clearing surfaces is genuinely part of the job and nobody is judging the state of the place. A home that has not been cleaned in a while wants the deep clean first, and we will say so rather than quietly run over.
What about my pets?+
Fine to leave them home — tell us their names and whether they bolt for open doors. Fragrance-free, pet-safe products are the default on request at no extra charge.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Everything, including the vacuum. If you would rather we used your products — allergies, a particular stone benchtop, a preference — leave them out and we will.
Will it be the same person every time?+
Yes for recurring clients, and it matters more than people expect: the second visit is faster and better because they already know the house. If your cleaner is away you get told in advance, not on the day.
How do I pay, and when?+
Card on file charged after each clean, or bank transfer on invoice for recurring plans. Nothing is taken before the work is done, and cancelling or moving a visit is free up to 24 hours out.
