We've gathered on this corner for 78 years. The building is older than that, the community is wider than the room, and the faith is older still. Visitors are welcome whether you're here to look, to belong, or to bring your kids while you figure it out.

Giving
What giving pays for
Roughly two thirds of what is given goes straight back out of the building — the Tuesday meal programme, the resettlement fund, and the prison ministry. The rest keeps the lights on, the lift working and the children's programmes staffed. The annual accounts are read aloud at the spring meeting and posted in the hall afterwards.
Visitors are genuinely not expected to give — being here is the gift we care about. Receipts are issued for every gift on request.

03No forms, no spotlight
Your first visit
Arrive
Park in the lot off 7th or come by the front steps. Greeters at both doors — tell them it's your first time and they'll walk you in.
Settle in
Sit anywhere. Nobody will single you out from the front. Kids can stay with you or join the children's programmes — parents' choice, every week.
Stay for coffee
Both services end with coffee in the hall. Ten minutes is plenty — and if you'd like to talk to a pastor, that's where they are.

Wondering about
What should I wear?+
Whatever you have on. The 9am crowd leans dressier, the 11am is jeans-and-sneakers, and nobody at either is checking.
What about my kids?+
Nursery for 0–3 and programmes for 4–10 at the 11am; children's church at the 9am. Kids are also completely welcome in the service — wiggles and all.
Will I be asked for money?+
An offering plate passes at every service. Visitors are genuinely not expected to give — being here is the gift we care about.
I'm not sure what I believe. Is that okay?+
Yes. Some of our longest-standing members arrived as sceptics. Come with your questions — Wednesday evenings are especially good for them.
Is the building accessible?+
Step-free entry on Linden, accessible seating and restrooms, a hearing loop throughout, and ASL interpretation with a week's notice.
Sunday is simpler than you think.
Two services, coffee after both, and greeters who will walk you in. Tell us you're coming and we'll save you a parking spot — literally.
