Lower-back pain, sciatica, disc-related complaints. Hands-on adjustment paired with active rehab you do at home.
Whiplash recovery, posture-driven pain, cervicogenic headaches — the desk-job cluster.
Return-to-sport plans for runners, climbers, and lifters, integrated with your PT or ours.
Webster technique, pelvic alignment, postnatal recovery — gentle, positional, evidence-led.
Tension and cervicogenic headaches, TMJ pain, and the clenching that comes with them.
Sports massage, dry needling and supervised rehab sessions, booked on their own or alongside care.

We practice the part of chiropractic that holds up in the literature: manual therapy plus active rehab, measured every four weeks against the plan we wrote you. No X-rays without red flags, no 40-visit prepaid packages, no vague promises about wellness. If you're not tracking to plan, we say so and refer you on.

Most PPO plans cover chiropractic care here. Send us your member ID before the first visit and we will verify the benefit and tell you your exact out-of-pocket.
45-minute first visit: movement screen, history, and an honest conversation about whether we can help.
Expected weeks-to-result, cost to completion, and what we'll measure. You approve it before treatment starts.
Adjustments plus at-home work. Every four weeks we re-measure — on track, we continue; off track, we change course or refer.
Self-pay rates, printed. If you are insured we bill your plan instead and tell you the co-pay before you book.

No packages, no prepayment, no auto-renewing plans. You pay per visit and stop the day the plan says you are done.
“Six weeks of chronic lower-back pain, gone after four visits — and they discharged me instead of stringing me along. That's why I send everyone here.”
Most PPO plans cover it. We verify your benefits before the first visit; out-of-pocket runs from $85/visit.
No — chiropractic is direct-access in most states. Some HMO plans require one; we'll check and tell you.
Most issues resolve in 6–12 visits. The written plan gives you a number and an endpoint — and we discharge you when you're done.
Adverse events are rare, and we screen for contraindications — osteoporosis, recent surgery, red-flag symptoms — at intake. When adjustment isn't appropriate, we say so.
No. Manual adjustment is one tool of several — mobilisation, soft tissue, and loaded rehab do a lot of the work. Tell us you'd rather not and we'll plan around it.
Yes. Soft-tissue and rehab sessions are bookable on their own, and there is no requirement to start a care plan.
Whatever you can move in — we'll ask you to bend, squat, and reach. Gowns are available if you'd prefer; nobody has to change if they don't want to.
Only when the screening finds a red flag that needs one, and then we refer out for it. Routine imaging on every new patient changes nothing about the plan and is not something we do.

Book the 45-minute assessment — you'll leave with a written plan and a clear answer either way.
Closed on public holidays. If you are mid-plan and we are shut, message the clinic — someone checks the inbox every morning.
