A 10-barrel brewhouse, a taproom that feels like the corner pub, and twelve rotating lines brewed for the way we actually drink.
House lager, west-coast IPA, hazy IPA, brown ale, oat stout. The backbone — always on, always fresh.
Spring saison, summer pilsner, autumn märzen, winter porter. Brewed once, gone when it's gone.
Two experimental lines off the half-barrel pilot kit. Some graduate to the big kit; most exist for one glorious week.
One regional friend and one international stout, year-round. Good beer isn't a competition.

Two of us, one all-grain kit, and a garage that smelled permanently of boiling wort. Ten years on, the kit is bigger and the garage is a taproom — but every batch still gets tasted by the people whose names are on the lease. No distribution deals, no shortcuts, no beer we wouldn't drink ourselves.
“Booked the taproom for a 60-person rehearsal dinner. Easy to deal with, generous pours, and the hazy converted my beer-skeptic in-laws.”
A short kitchen menu — skewers, pretzels, a rotating special — plus a standing invitation to bring your own pizza in. Plates and napkins on the counter.
Both, until 8pm. There's a crate of board games, a water bowl station, and a strict no-judgment policy on juice-box negotiations.
Saturdays at 1pm and 3pm, about 45 minutes, $25 including a four-beer flight. Book through the form — groups of 8+ should email ahead.
Cans of the year-rounders and whatever seasonal is on, plus growler fills of anything pouring. The pilot batches are taproom-only — that's the point of them.
The whole taproom on Mondays and Tuesdays, or the mezzanine any night for 30 or fewer. Email events@ and we'll send the one-page rate sheet.

Forty-five minutes from grain to glass, ending at the bar with a flight of four.
Tours run Saturdays at 1pm and 3pm — 45 minutes, $25, ending at the bar with a flight of four.
Open most public holidays from noon — the tanks do not take days off. Tour tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before; after that we will pour you the flight anyway.
