Cocktails worth crossing town for.

A small room with a long list — eight originals, the classics done properly, and a whisky shelf worth asking about.

On the menu

01

House originals

Eight rotating cocktails built around whatever is in season. The menu turns over monthly; two or three survivors carry forward by demand.

  • Changes monthly
  • Zero-proof builds of every original
02

The classics

Old Fashioned, Negroni, Manhattan, Daiquiri — properly stirred or shaken, properly garnished, no theatrics.

  • Ask for it your way
  • Half-pours for tasting pairs
03

Whisky + amaro

A curated shelf of single-malt Scotch, American whiskey, and Italian amari. The bartender will talk you through it.

  • 120 bottles deep
  • Flights of three on request
04

Bar snacks

Truffle popcorn, marinated olives, and a small plate or two from the kitchen next door.

  • Kitchen until midnight

Bar counter glowing under low light

A room built for conversation.

We opened in 2019 with thirty-four seats and a rule: no standing crowd, no TVs, music low enough to talk over. The list is short because everything on it earns its place — and the kitchen next door feeds cocktail drinkers properly.

  • Ice cut in-house, syrups made weekly
  • Zero-proof versions of every original
  • Walk-ins always keep a third of the room

Before you come

Do I need a reservation?+

Recommended Thursday to Saturday — but a third of the room is always held for walk-ins. Solo seats at the bar are usually findable.

Is there a dress code?+

No. Come from work, come from the gym — we care what you drink, not what you wear.

Can you do groups?+

Up to six at the round table by reservation. The full room hires out on Mondays and Tuesdays — email for private-hire rates.

Non-drinkers welcome?+

Genuinely. Every original on the list has a zero-proof build that gets the same care, not a lemonade with a garnish.

Reservations open two weeks out. Wednesday and Sunday are the quiet ones — the regulars' secret.
