If something we repaired fails within twelve months, we come back and put it right at no charge — no argument about whether it was our joint.
Covers our workmanship. It does not cover a different failure elsewhere in the system, or damage from something we advised you to replace and were asked not to — and we will show you which one it is.
Every roof we finish comes with a written workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranty on the materials registered in your name — and if it leaks where we worked, we come back.
Warranty length and exclusions are set out in your contract — read them before you sign, with us or with anyone. Insurance outcomes are decided by your insurer, not by us; what we commit to is documenting the damage properly and advocating for full coverage.
