Do clients need an account to book?+

No. They pick a service and a time, leave their contact details, and they are booked. There is no password to create and no app to download.

Can I take deposits or payment at booking?+

You can take card payment today for services sold as products through the store. Payment attached to a booking slot is on the roadmap, not available yet. Most trades on Pendro confirm first and take payment in person.

What stops double bookings?+

Availability comes from your calendar, and a slot leaves it the moment it is booked. Two clients cannot hold the same time, whether they book a week apart or in the same minute.

Does this replace my paper diary or calendar app?+

It can, or it can sit alongside one. Bookings live in your Pendro dashboard with the day’s schedule in front of you, and many owners keep that as the single place they look.
